　　侧快拆式旋转阀拆卸：松开固定螺栓，打开端盖门，抽出转子，清洗后转子推入壳体内，旋紧定位螺栓。

　　非电机侧的阀体端盖，可快速拆卸并作为清洁时的操作入口，拆卸时可由现场操作人员手动完成，无需特殊工具。

　　提供各种标准的阀体表面处理标准，以满足洁净应用。

　　The rapid cleaning rotary valve is exquisitely made, and successfully uses the essence of German and Japanese technology. The product is flexible in disassembly and easy to clean. Mainly used for unloading materials with high hygiene standards in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and food, as well as working in places where materials are frequently replaced.

　　Detachable impeller: facilitates quick disassembly and cleaning of the material contact surface of the rotary valve.

　　Drive mode: chain drive/direct motor drive.

　　Power configuration: Cycloid pinwheel reducer, Y series motor (can be configured according to customer's specified power)

　　Material of side quick release rotary valve: stainless steel 304-316. PTFE, nylon, polyurethane, ceramic, PTFE, titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, stainless steel.

　　Dismantling of side quick release rotary valve: Loosen the fixing bolts, open the end cover door, extract the rotor, clean it, push the rotor into the housing, and tighten the positioning bolts.

　　The valve body end cover on the non motor side can be quickly disassembled and used as an operating inlet for cleaning. The disassembly can be manually completed by on-site operators without the need for special tools.
