　　1、锂电行业，尼龙旋转阀,采用变频器控制下料速度;耐磨尼龙转子,阀体材质SUS304内衬尼龙，间隙设计需防止受热卡顿。轴套需非金属耐磨,且轴套长度需延伸到尼龙转子的端面;阀体侧壁偏下设吹气孔*2.并外延出 304 不锈钢吹气管，吹气管上配置 DN15 不锈钢手动球阀;1.5.电机采用变频电机，减速机采用齿轮;1.6.旋转阀总高度约405mm，有效容积≥6L，额定转速25转/min(变频可调)。
