水泥在库内受潮或存放时间过长容易结块,破碎阀能将这些大块料打散,避免卡住下方的卸料阀门或输送通道 。它并不是用来粉磨水泥粉的独立破碎机,而是在线破碎打散块料装置。目前水泥厂常用电动破碎阀,可实现远程控制。常见有单轴和双轴结构,双轴结构在处理较硬结块时能力更强,输送量更大,但需根据实际工况选择。常见型号包括PSF系列破碎阀(如 PSF300、PSF500、PSF600、PSF1000)和 PKD系列(如PKD400、 PKD500、PKD700、PKD800),数字通常代表通道尺寸(如 400×400mm、800x800mm)。关键破碎部件常采用耐磨锰钢或合金钢,以应对高磨损工况。
双轴破碎阀工作原理:
物料从进料口进入破碎腔后,由电机或液压马达通过减速机驱动两根刀辊反向旋转,刀片钩住物料进行强力剪切、撕扯和挤压,把大块物料破碎成小块,再通过刀辊间隙或底部筛网排出。
双轴系统:主动轴与从动轴通过齿轮箱联动,实现同步反向旋转,两轴刀片错位排列。
定刀配合:箱体内壁的梳型齿板(定刀)与旋转刀片之间留有可调剪切间隙(常见0.5-5mm),形成动刀+定刀的双重剪切结构。
驱动方式:多数采用双电机独立驱动或单电机+齿轮箱联动,破碎时转速较低但扭矩大,剪切力更强。
破碎阀刀片材质选择包括不锈钢系列、高碳钢、合金钢、高速钢和硬质合金。这些材质各有其独特的优点,适用于不同的工况。

Cement that is damp or stored for too long in the warehouse is prone to clumping. The crushing valve can break up these large pieces of material and avoid getting stuck in the discharge valve or conveying channel below. Working principle of dual axis crushing valve:
After the material enters the crushing chamber from the feeding port, it is driven by a motor or hydraulic motor through a reducer to rotate two knife rollers in the opposite direction. The blades hook onto the material for strong shearing, tearing, and squeezing, crushing large pieces of material into small pieces, and then discharging them through the gap between the knife rollers or the bottom screen.
Dual axis system: The driving shaft and the driven shaft are linked through a gearbox to achieve synchronous reverse rotation, with the blades of the two shafts arranged in a staggered manner.
Fixed blade coordination: There is an adjustable cutting gap (usually 0.5-5mm) between the comb shaped toothed plate (fixed blade) on the inner wall of the box and the rotating blade, forming a dual cutting structure of moving blade and fixed blade.
Drive mode: Most of them use dual motor independent drive or single motor+gearbox linkage. When crushing, the speed is low but the torque is high, and the shear force is stronger.
