　　料仓物料为什么会架桥结拱?

　　粉体颗粒形状不规则、粒径不均、易吸潮或表面发粘时，颗粒间摩擦力和粘附力增大，容易“抱团”互相咬合搭桥;细粉和超细粉因空隙率高、空气滞留，也极易在挤压后形成稳定料拱。

　　Why do silo materials form bridges and arches?

　　When the shape of powder particles is irregular, the particle size is uneven, they are prone to moisture absorption, or the surface becomes sticky, the frictional and adhesive forces between particles increase, making it easy for them to "clump" and interlock with each other; Fine powder and ultrafine powder are prone to forming stable material arches after extrusion due to their high porosity and air retention.

　　受潮与结块‌：这是粉体料仓架桥的高发原因。物料吸湿后表面形成水膜，颗粒间产生“液桥力”甚至“晶桥”，把相邻颗粒“焊接”在一起;轻微受潮就会让粉体抱团，加剧架桥。

　　如何解决物料架桥、结块、堵塞不下料?

　　机械式刮料破拱阀破除架桥效果极 佳。电机带动减速机，输出低速大扭矩，驱动旋转轴或回转支承。刮板/刮片紧贴料仓锥壁或出口段做低速圆周运动(或往复滑动)，贴着仓壁刮擦，剥离粘壁物料。刮板切入料拱内部，破坏拱桥的受力点和物料间的内摩擦，让架桥结构垮塌。物料恢复整体流状态，靠重力顺利排出，不再堵塞。对高粘、高湿、含油、易结块的物料效果明显，仓壁振动器和气动破拱装置对这类物料常常效果甚微。

　　How to solve material bridging, agglomeration, and blockage that prevent material from being discharged?

　　The mechanical scraping arch breaking valve has excellent bridge breaking effect. The motor drives the reducer to output low-speed high torque, driving the rotating shaft or slewing support. Scraper/blade tightly adheres to the cone wall or outlet section of the silo and performs low-speed circular motion (or reciprocating sliding), scraping against the silo wall and peeling off the sticky material. The scraper cuts into the interior of the material arch, damaging the stress points of the arch bridge and the internal friction between the materials, causing the bridge structure to collapse. The material is restored to its overall flow state, smoothly discharged by gravity, and no longer blocked. The effect is obvious for materials with high viscosity, high humidity, oil content, and easy agglomeration, while the wall vibrator and pneumatic arch breaking device often have little effect on such materials.

　　破拱器材质：钛材，不锈钢系列304.316L，2205.904.与物料接触部分衬陶瓷、四氟，喷涂陶瓷、喷涂特氟龙，喷涂碳化钨等，与物料接触部分不锈钢，碳钢等。
