　　料仓/管道堵料，不下料：

　　物料架桥：指松散物料在料斗或筒仓/管道出口处形成稳定的压实拱形结构，导致物料流动受阻。常见于细粉末、纤维物质或高水分材料，随着物料堆积会加剧粘结，蕞终完全堵塞出口。 ‌

　　粘壁问题：物料粘附在料斗内壁，破坏流动均匀性，形成瓶颈。粘结性粉体或粉尘易滋生细菌，尤其在食品、医药行业需频繁人工清洗。液滴或湿料没干透就碰到壁面，多见于喷雾干燥、烘干机进料段，特征是外层焦、内层湿。物料软化点低于干燥温度，受热发黏贴在壁上，常见于含糖、含胶、低熔点物料。

　　机械式破拱装置轻松解决物料架桥、粘壁问题：

　　旋转刮板强行切入拱体，切断物料间的粘结与支撑。刮片把拱体物料刮碎、打散，并推向中心出料口。拱体破坏，物料恢复流动性，靠重力向下排出。

　　安全环保‌：噪音低(低于工业企业噪音标准)、无污染、无公害，不损伤仓体，相比传统人工捅捣、机械震动或气锤式破拱器等方式更安全高 效。

　　破拱装置下方接星型卸料阀：

　　定量卸料‌：叶轮旋转时，把上部料仓的物料连续、均匀地送进下部管道或输料管，起到定量给料或变频给料，避免堵塞或断流。‌‌

　　利用转子与壳体的精密间隙(一般0.1mm~0.6mm)隔断上下部气压，防止负压系统吸入空气、正压系统物料反吹，从而维持系统压力稳定。‌‌

　　部分客户需求：

　　衬四氟下料旋转阀和料仓破拱装置，输送含溴元素物料，有腐蚀性，需防腐，衬四氟的旋转阀，要求DN300.不锈钢衬四氟，固体下料速度50kg/min，阀体上有氮气吹扫管口DN25.另外您那边有对应的刮料破拱器吗?防止物料不下料，架桥或者粘壁，破拱器也需304不锈钢内衬四氟。

　　防卡卸料阀+料仓破拱装置，物料：炭黑，800目，自重下料，DN300.材质不锈钢，下料不均匀，而且堵料卡料，现在用的常规型卸料阀+气锤破拱器，建议换成料仓刮料破拱器，卸料阀防卡型和快拆式可清洗，星型下料阀下面是绞龙螺旋输送机。

　　Blockage of material bin/pipeline, no discharge:

　　Material bridging: refers to the formation of a stable compacted arch structure of loose materials at the outlet of a hopper or silo/pipeline, which hinders the flow of materials. Commonly found in fine powders, fibrous materials, or high moisture materials, as the material accumulates, it will intensify bonding and eventually completely block the outlet.  ‌

　　Wall sticking problem: The material adheres to the inner wall of the hopper, disrupting flow uniformity and forming a bottleneck. Adhesive powders or dust are prone to bacterial growth, especially in the food and pharmaceutical industries where frequent manual cleaning is required. The liquid drop or wet material touches the wall surface before it is completely dry, which is mostly found in the spray drying and the feeding section of the dryer. It is characterized by the outer coke layer and the inner wet layer. The softening point of the material is lower than the drying temperature, and it sticks to the wall when heated. It is commonly found in materials containing sugar, glue, and low melting points.

　　Mechanical arch breaking device easily solves material bridging and wall sticking problems:

　　The rotating scraper forcefully cuts into the arch, cutting off the bonding and support between the materials. The scraper shatters and disperses the arch material, and pushes it towards the central discharge port. The arch is damaged, the material regains fluidity, and is discharged downwards by gravity.

　　Safety and Environmental Protection: Low noise (below the noise standards of industrial enterprises), pollution-free, pollution-free, does not damage the warehouse body, and is safer and more efficient compared to traditional methods such as manual tamping, mechanical vibration, or air hammer arch breakers.

　　Flexible control: supports manual, automatic, and remote control (DCS interface can be reserved), simple operation, and can meet different working conditions requirements.

　　Quantitative unloading: When the impeller rotates, the material from the upper silo is continuously and evenly fed into the lower pipeline or conveying pipe, playing a role in quantitative feeding or variable frequency feeding, avoiding blockage or interruption. ‌‌

　　By utilizing the precise gap between the rotor and the housing (usually 0.1mm~0.6mm), the upper and lower air pressure is separated to prevent the negative pressure system from inhaling air and the positive pressure system from blowing back, thereby maintaining stable system pressure. ‌‌

　　Partial customer requirements:

　　The PTFE lined rotary valve and silo arch breaking device are used to transport materials containing bromine elements, which are corrosive and require anti-corrosion measures. The PTFE lined rotary valve requires DN300. stainless steel lined with PTFE, and a solid feeding speed of 50kg/min. The valve body is equipped with a DN25 nitrogen blowing nozzle. Also, do you have a corresponding scraper and arch breaker over there? To prevent materials from not being cut, bridging or sticking to walls, the arch breaker also needs to be lined with 304 stainless steel and PTFE.
