　　破拱机通过破拱轴或者特殊的螺旋叶片设计(比如齿形、锯齿状)，在输送的同时不断搅动物料，把结块料打散，防止物料在螺旋输送机进料口搭桥堵塞。

　　螺旋输送机进料口接收到上方破拱器打散后的物料，电机带动螺旋轴旋转，螺旋轴转动时，叶片会给物料一个轴向推力，但物料自身有重量，且和料槽壁之间有摩擦力，这两个力让物料不会跟着叶片一起转，只能沿槽底向前移动，输送至下方接口星型卸料阀。

　　星型卸料阀的核心特点是‌既能连续定量卸料，又能锁气密封‌，在气力输送和除尘系统中用来平衡供料与气压隔离。‌‌物料靠自重填入叶片间隙，随叶轮旋转均匀连续排出，卸料量稳定可控。能隔断卸料器上下的气压差，防止负压系统吸入空气或正压系统漏气，保证气力输送稳定。

When the screw shaft rotates, the blades give the material an axial thrust, but the material itself has weight and there is friction between it and the groove wall. These two forces prevent the material from rotating with the blades and can only move forward along the groove bottom, and be transported to the lower interface star shaped discharge valve.
