　　破拱螺旋输送机工作原理：

　　破拱环节‌：料仓里流动性差的粉料容易“搭桥”悬空不下料，破拱装置一般用两根旋转破拱轴或机械搅拌，周期性冲击料仓底部，动态破坏结块结构。

　　输送环节‌：电机驱动螺旋轴旋转，螺旋叶片产生推进力，物料靠自身重力和与槽壁的摩擦力，不跟着叶片转，而是沿槽底被连续推着向前移动，直到出料口排出。‌‌支持水平、倾斜或垂直方向作业。

　　模块化组件：包含料仓、螺旋轴、驱动装置、密封结构及辅助破拱部件，支持与分料阀、真空上料机等设备联动。

　　两者配合‌：破拱动作和卸料/输送动作要同时进行，否则前面破了拱、后面不输送，物料很快又会重新压实结拱。‌‌双轴反向旋转，减少物料堆积和结块，适用于高粘度、易板结物料(如锂电池正负极材料)。

　　Working principle of arch breaking screw conveyor:
