　　两端出料螺旋输送机核心工作原理：

　　‌动力驱动‌：电机经减速机带动螺旋轴(有轴或无轴)旋转，螺旋叶片对物料施加法向推力。

　　‌轴向移动‌：物料受重力及机壳壁摩擦阻力约束，不随叶片旋转，仅在叶片轴向分力作用下沿槽底向前滑移(类似螺母沿螺杆运动)。

　　‌双向分流‌：进料口通常位于机槽中部或特定位置，物料被旋转叶片同时推向左右两侧;两端出料口设有‌调节闸门或挡板‌，通过开闭控制单端出料、双端同时出料或比例分配 。

　　‌连续推移‌：后续物料持续推动前方物料形成“推挤流”，直至从选定出料口排出 。‌‌

　　储罐粉料通过利用螺旋输送机输送，把粉料输送到A罐子，当A罐子满了，再把料输送到B罐子，物料是生物质粉，8t/h的输送量，堆密度在400左右，粒径在1mm，DN300.接触物料部分2205双向钢材质或者哈氏合金。

　　物料：三水合氟化铝AlF3·3H2O，氢氧化铝，密度1.0t/m³，双向给料螺栓输送机(一个入口， 两个出口)，主要是把物料输送到两边罐子。尺寸DN300.每端距离2米，材质不锈钢304.

　　物料化肥，DN500.304材质。与物料接触部分为06Cr19Ni10不锈钢，其它部分碳钢，把化肥输送到两端分流罐子，中间进料。

　　物料：不到1mm化工产品有腐蚀性，料仓下料易结块堵塞，严重影响称重计量包装，需要加装破碎卸料阀，DN300接口，316L材质，破碎阀下面接双向螺旋给料机，两端出料到各自对应的储罐。

　　Bidirectional diversion: The feed inlet is usually located in the middle of the machine slot or at a specific position, and the material is pushed to the left and right sides simultaneously by the rotating blades; Both ends of the discharge port are equipped with adjustable gates or baffles, which control the discharge of single end, simultaneous discharge of both ends, or proportional distribution through opening and closing.
