　　Electric air lock/air lock valve/star shaped discharge valve is used for rotating discharge and uniform material dropping, mainly for pneumatic feeding of powder and small particle materials. It is composed of an electric device and an airtight shell, which can achieve uniform material dropping or gas separation.

　　The materials in the silo are fed by their own weight or pneumatic force and fall into the rotating impeller blades of the electric air lock. As the impeller continues to rotate, the materials evenly fall into the equipment below. Due to the gap between the impeller and the housing, the impeller runs at low speed to prevent the pneumatic force from flowing in the same or opposite direction. At the same time, the air pressure is stable, and it can play a role in feeding and sealing during the pneumatic feeding process.

　　The two end caps of the electric air lock are equipped with connecting pipes for balanced pressure, which can inject compressed air, nitrogen, oxygen, and hydrogen. After injecting gas, the airbags on both sides will inflate, achieving zero leakage for both gas and material.
